The 2nd international Workshop on the Critical Point and Onset of Deconfinement was held at the Institute of Physics and Technology at the University of Bergen, Norway from 30 March to 3 April 2005. It was followed by a Topical Workshop on Advanced Instrumentation for Future Accelerator Experiments. A total of 77 people participated in the two meetings.
